We have an immediate opening for a Repair Center Manager based out of our Downtown Underground Warehouse located in Kansas City MO. The Repair Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing all levels of repair technicians. This individual must be able to motivate staff and maintain a high level of quality in regards to repair work. Experience in the Point of Sale industry is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making decisions, willing to work flexible hours, detail oriented and a multi-task expert.

Requirements:
- Previous Repair Center Management experience, with at least four direct reports
- Solid understanding of computers and how to troubleshoot, repair, and put them together
- Must be able to pass a background check including: drug screening and criminal background check
- Must be detail oriented having the ability to write reports, records, and correspondence
- Knowledge of Point of Sale software/hardware preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Willing to work flexible hours (we cater to the 24/7 Industries)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, high energy environment and making a difference!
