Installation & Service Technologies is a nation-wide company that provides project management, software/hardware sales, installation and break/fix trouble-shooting for IT equipment that run restaurants; everything from point-of-sale equipment and point-of-sale software, to the back office computers/servers/racks to CCTV security systems and all cable management. We have immediate openings for Contract Hardware and Cable Field Installation Technicians.
If your background is in installing and/or troubleshooting computers, telecommunications or any other IT based equipment, and/or CAT 5 experience in the hospitality or retail industries - you could have what we are looking for!
We are currently recruiting for a nation-wide project that will require extensive travel and night work for up to 14 months. This project would involve traveling with a team of 10-20 other technicians to varies cities through-out the United States, for a week at a time (Sunday-Thursday) running new CAT5 cabling and upgrading the hardware of a major fast food chains POS equipment-all work is performed at night.
There is extensive travel involved with this position, as well as nights and weekend work. You will fly out of Kansas City International Airport on Sundays, work Sunday through Wednesday nights and then return home on Thursdays. All travel expenses are paid (airfare, lodging, rental car). The contract pays $700 a week (plus expenses) for working Sunday through Thursday.
